What to bring
Documents
Aadhaar card and the mobile number linked to it (for the OTP), two passport-size photos, and any old card, certificate or policy if you are renewing. Bring your bank passbook for pension and scheme work, and your vehicle RC for motor insurance.

Government fees are charged as notified by the department. We tell you our service charge before we start, and you get a printed receipt.
